Fred Andriessen has been a leader in the Real Estate Industry for many years being a Newcastle Area Past President of the Real Estate Institute and still represents this region at Real Estate associated bodies and was awarded in 2002 the "Bill Wood Award for Services to the Industry" and holds a Fellow Diploma of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

Professionals Cardiff have been awarded numerous industry awards for No.1 NSW Professionals Office in 1994, 1995, 1998 and 2000 and are currently the No.2 Top Performing Office in NSW.

In addition were voted by their peers "Professional Office of the Year" in 1996 and 1998. With Craig Andriessen being voted "Professional of the Year" in 1998.
